This week Stxylo got tonsilitus and moved to Vegas to cure it (or something like that) so Dubl is riding solo & talks shit about hearing care for half an hour.
It's an important one.

I'm sorry. I don't know why we're like this.

Enjoy the clart.

This week we're discussing the recent Snickers Superbowl Ad & how it devalues DJing as a career choice, and we clart about some other cool stuff as well.

This week isn't as boring as it sounds.
Record Pools have come up a lot in discussions on social media recently & we also thought it'd be dope to share how we organise our music so it's easily accessible when we need it...

This week we sat down with Mixcloud co-founder Nico Perez to talk about the changes this year with the platform.
After hearing our August episode about the changes at Mixcloud, Nico reached out to record an episode with us to break down the changes, why they have been implemented and how DJs can make the most out of the platform.

December 06, 2019 03:10 AM PST

In this week's clart we talk about the Spotify stats that everyone's posting, how DJ Carnage triggered Dubl, if playlists will replace mixes and there's another story that might get us in trouble. Podclart.

November 20, 2019 03:08 AM PST

This week on the podclart we're talking about something that got brought up in our twitter notifications about DJ's taking a dump mid-club set & Dubl talks about one of the best bookings he's ever had, which was a recent corporate gig.

November 04, 2019 03:12 PM PST

This week we're talking about the announcement that DJing can now be taken as a GCSE on the UK school curriculum. Is it a good thing?
We also discuss a couple of topics raised on twitter about the average person not knowing what 'upbeat' means and the promoters ordering the DJ to play certain songs or styles...

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.
